Trying To Find Some Peace?

Well, it ain’t gonna work!

You can laugh and mock God until the cows come home, but it won’t change the truth.

The true lasting peace that everyone is trying to find through all of their futile attempts can only be given by a person, and that person is the Lord Jesus Christ.

The truth is, if you’re looking for something to help you find peace in this life, then you’re gonna need the Holy Ghost!

God sent you a Comforter!

John 14:16-18 KJV (Jesus Speaking)

And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; Even the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him, but ye know him, for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

I will not leave you comfortless, I will come to you.

And again from John 14:26-27 KJV

But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you, not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

In times past many people have tried a lot of different methods and spent a lot of time "tarrying" to "seek" the infilling of the Holy Spirit, when in reality, it should only be a matter of simply asking the Father for it in the name of Jesus.

Some in religious circles have even used this as a way to hold some people hostage, by making it appear that only those certain ones can attain this precious gift. Not true my friends. Not true.

If Jesus prayed for you to have it, then you can get it.
