MARTY GARRETT MINISTRIES INCORPORATED receives (2) Two forms of information at this website.

 

1) The name and e-mail address of any person who contacts us for prayer using the Prayer Contact Form.  No person is required to give their name, age, or any other information other than their e-mail address which we may use in order to respond to their request if we are asked.

2) If someone contributes financially to this ministry from our Donate page, they leave our Website and are directed to PayPal. We receive only the name, address and the donated amount from Paypal. Subsequently, there is no sensitive data information collected, transferred to or stored on our website.  MARTY GARRETT MINISTRIES INCORPORATED does not receive your actual credit card information or any other sensitive data.

MARTY GARRETT MINISTRIES INCORPORATED does not use cookies.   
 
Children's Online Privacy 
As previously stated, MARTY GARRETT MINISTRIES INCORPORATED does not collect any personal information of persons of any age other than prayer requests or donations initiated by those who request it, period. We do not know or ask the age of any person requesting prayer.  No person is required to give their name, age, or any other information other than their e-mail address which we may use in order to respond to their request if we are asked.

 
Shipping Policy 
We send a Gift CD to those who contribute amounts of $25 US Dollars or more to the ministry.  Most Gift CD's are shipped within 3 business days via USPS. Processing time of your Gift CD can vary from 3-14 days depending on item availability and current inventory.  In addition, the Ambassador Emblem T-Shirt is sent as a gift to those who contribute above a certain designated amount as described on the Donate page.  The Ambassador Emblem T-Shirt must be individually manufactured and is therefore shipped to you directly from the vendor.  In some cases this item could take up to 4-6 weeks to receive.  Please include a complete street address for all donations where a gift is being received. If you choose to not receive a gift in return for your contribution, please specify this in the Add Special Instructions Section at the Paypal Payment Page. When calculating actual ship date, please do not count Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays. If donating internationally, any taxes, customs, or related fees pertaining to the shipping of your gift will be your responsibility at the time of receipt.
 
Online Donation Policy 
Currently we only accept online donations through PayPal.  All online donations are processed through PayPal's security system to protect your credit card information during your online transaction.  All prices and figures are listed in US Dollars. MARTY GARRETT MINISTRIES INCORPORATED is currently preparing our application of IRS Form 1023 in order to make our donors gifts tax deductible. Until that application for Tax Exempt Status has been submitted and the approval secured, we cannot guarantee at this time that your gift will be fully Tax Deductible.

 

Mailing Donation Policy

Donations may be sent in the form of a Personal Check or Money Order, made payable to Marty Garrett Ministries.  The address for mailing is 1426 West Toledo Street, Broken Arrow, OK USA 74012.  As stated above, we are currently preparing our application of IRS Form 1023 in order to make our donors gifts tax deductible. Until that application for Tax Exempt Status has been submitted and the approval secured, we cannot guarantee at this time that your gift will be fully Tax Deductible.

Gift Return Policy 
All donations are nonrefundable, however, any damaged or defective gift we may have sent in return for your donation qualifies to receive a replacement at no cost.
 
Use Of Images

All images found on our site are believed to be within the "public domain".  All of the images displayed are of unknown origin. We do not intend to infringe on any legitimate intellectual right, artistic rights or copyright.  If you are the rightful owner of any of the images embodied within our site, and you do not want it to be displayed or if you require a suitable credit for it's use, or if you object to how it is being utilized, then please contact us and we will immediately do whatever is needed either for the image to be removed or to provide credit where it is rightfully due.
